I'm Louis Alberni and I'm an experienced guitar instructor. I have been playing guitar for 27 years, and teaching for 17 years. User Rating: 5 out of 5 starswhere to begin...louis has been my two boys guitar teacher/mentor for over 7 years now...when they started, it was all about learning their favorite songs from the radio and having fun...as they got older, their lessons became more detailed with everything from the mechanics of the guitar to music theory to expanding their musical tastes...they have never wanted to quit (thus the 7 years+) or even let that be an option for them even though they are now in high school and extremely overbooked themselves! these days, jamming lessons with louis is what they look forward to every week...louis was definitely the right teacher for them when they were young and is equally the right teacher for them as young adults...

Louis is a natural at teaching. My son took lessons a few years ago and stopped. He just picked them up again with Louis. My son is so enthusiastic and 'in the zone'. Louis' technique helped him learn to play various Metallica songs right away, not to mention the Beatles. My son says "Louis makes sure that I know how to play each part of the song." My son has gained a lot of confidence and is having lots of fun playing his new electric guitar and he still picks up his first acoustic, too.

Great Lessons!: Very happy with Louis' lessons. Great instructor. Teaches exactly what I want to learn. Also, very affordable. Highly recommended.
